Long term RedDoor Creative Marketing client Drucker + Falk assumed management of this unique apartment complex in Norfolk, Virginia several months ago.  The community is just steps away from the Old Dominion University campus and provides off-campus student housing. 

The Drucker + Falk team, along with the property owner, embarked upon major upgrades to the community and hired RedDoor Creative Marketing to take photographs, provide 3D Matterport tours, and create a website hero video to help market the coming upgrades to ODU students and other potential residents. 

As the upgrades neared completion, Drucker + Falk and the ownership wanted to create an additional video showing not only the apartment community but highlighting the lifestyle at the property and the amenities available to residents.  As part of the video, the ownership group wanted to use real ODU students as talent in the video.  Based on a long history of trust, Drucker + Falk contacted RedDoor Creative Marketing to make this happen.  

RedDoor went to work.  We collaborated with ODU's theater department to cast the video, scheduled the shoot and arranged all the details.  To deliver additional marketing material, we even provided a dedicated still photographer to capture still images of the talent enjoying the amenities during the video shoot.  

The result is an engaging video showcasing the many amenities and the unique lifestyle afforded by living at Proximity At ODU.
